Jon's been busy this summer shredding in Alaska and Hood but he still managed to fit in a vacation with his girlfriend Ashley to Hawaii. While in Hawaii Jon and Ashley got engaged! Sweet!

Infamous takes on our first Intern

Sara Tollestrup a recent graduate of UBC will be my personal intern, AKA “Slave”. Sara’s already been helping Infamous with text editing and now I’ve got her helping with the bookkeeping, I haven’t gotten her to get me a Soy Chai from Starbucks yet but I’m sure that’s on the horizon! Sara’s stoked to work for Infamous and learn more about the industry she’s been snowboarding 6 years, shredding in the backcountry and park.

Elena Hights' Prom Photos!

Elena’s been on fire in Pipe events this year landing on the Podium at every major event but I think she’s the most on fire in her Prom Dress! Oh ya she’s only 15 so stop thinking those dirty thoughts!

Camp Of Champions

JP and I headed up thie weekend to hang out at Camp Of Champions in Whistler, B.C. The weather was crappy but the riding was fun and we got to hang our with Spencer O'Brien and her campers. Spencer's up there coaching for the summer and she's been stokeing out the kids with her smooth style and positive attitude. Hopefully the weather will clear up and she can shoot some photos with Dice.

Bad weather for Stian

Stian can't seem to escape the bad weather. 4 days of rain at camp in Germany followed by a Planet Earth team trip to Folgefonna where the weather was crap the whole time. I think it's starting to make him crazy. At the end of the trip they headed to Bergen found out that Common and Rhazel was playing so Stian, Iikka and Romey went. It was so sick, it made his whole week.

Lukas Huffman Team trip to Korea

Lukas went on a Nitro Team Trip to Korea this year with fellow riders Andrew Crawford, and Jonte Everson. Also on the trip was Nitro Team Manager Tonino Copino, and Nitro Team Photographer Mark Welsh. It’s not that often that pro riders go to Korea so the Koreans were pretty stoked. Check out the photos.

*********ANOTHER HARD PIPE HIT********* Shocking move by video game executive

In a shocking move video game marketing genius Brenner Adams chose not to add JP Walker or Seth Huot to the roster for their new up and coming video game. Both JP and Seth laughed when they heard the news realizing Mr. Adams is not only digging his own grave but the company he represent's as well. Sound like a Mangum manuver at best. OOOPS! JP is the number one selling name in snowboarding and Seth is one of snowboardings most photographed and well respected Pro's. Damn!

Elena Hight get's 3rd at The Burton Abominal Snowjam!

Elena Hight and Mercedes Nicoll competted in the halfpipe event yesterday at Mt. Hood. Elena said it wasn't her best competition day as she was having problems sticking her 900's, but she still ended up on the podium! Good jop Elena! Mercedes, Abominal Snowman and Elena

Mercedes Nicoll receives Pure Determination Award

Congratulations to Mercedes who just received a $10,000 grant from the Dairy Farmers Association of Canada. The Grant was given to 15 Canadian Athletes who are eligible for the 2006 Winter Olympics from all sports categories. Mercedes was the only female Snowboarder to receive this grant. I hope she spends it on snowboarding and not booze and boys!
